Key Responsibilities

  • •Be the primary contact for technical questions and use case development throughout the user lifecycle.
  • •Provide excellent customer support via chat, email, and Slack with empathy, insights, and helpful responses.
  • •Develop understanding of Hex user types and anticipate their future questions.
  • •Create technical content to help users succeed with Hex, including demo projects, documentation, and videos.
  • •Identify product weaknesses and provide feedback to the Product team to improve the product.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years experience as a working data scientist, analyst, or analytics engineer, using SQL & Python
  • •Experience with Data Science tooling and workflows, including Python, Jupyter notebooks, SQL, and BI tools
  • •Developed analytical thinking to troubleshoot complex problems
  • •Strong track record of talking to customers and solving their problems
  • •Excellent communicator who builds empathy and relationships with internal and external stakeholders
