•Manage and lead overall plant operations to achieve Safety, Quality, Service, and Cost targets.
•Drive plant safety culture and meet safety targets while ensuring product safety, fire protection, and housekeeping compliance.
•Lead human capital planning and management, including hiring, performance management, and succession planning.
•Oversee process control initiatives by ensuring manufacturing SOPs are sufficient for quality, safety, and process control.
•Own budgeting and Cap-Ex execution, lead CI culture growth, ensure regulatory compliance, and communicate business needs and results.

•Demonstrated CI knowledge; Six Sigma Black Belt certification strongly preferred.
