Key Responsibilities

•Lead and contribute to the design and implementation of scalable backend services and APIs using C# and .NET 6/8
•Lead end-to-end software delivery: requirements analysis, architecture, coding, testing, and deployment
•Define & enforce coding standards as per guidelines, design patterns, and architectural guidelines for the engineering team
•Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive technical feedback
•Work closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with 10+ years of software development experience with C# and the .NET ecosystem (.NET Core / .NET 5+)
•Proficiency with ASP.NET Core Web API, Entity Framework Core, and async/await concurrency patterns
•Strong experience with relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL) including query optimisation and schema design
•Hands-on experience with RESTful API design, OpenAPI/Swagger documentation, and service-to-service authentication (OAuth2, JWT)
•Familiarity with containerisation using Docker and orchestration basics (Kubernetes or Azure Container Apps)
