  • •Image, retain, and manage loan documents, including front-end processing of incoming mail and email through various sources.
  • •Administer line-of-business (LOB) imaging and workflow systems.
  • •Pay real estate tax bills and/or monitor borrowers’ tax payments for commercial loans.
  • •Monitor property insurance coverages and pay insurance premiums for escrowed commercial loans.
  • •Board new loans and manage loan document release/satisfaction, UCC administration, and customer service inquiries.
