Key Responsibilities

  • •Keep parking areas clean and orderly to maximize space usage.
  • •Direct motorists to parking areas/spaces using hand signals or flashlights as needed.
  • •Patrol parking areas to prevent vehicle damage and vehicle/property theft.
  • •Greet guests, calculate parking charges, and collect parking fees.
  • •Lift, position, and remove barricades to open/close parking areas; inspect vehicles for damage and assist with end-of-show closeout/sustainability tasks.

Key Requirements

  • •One-year previous guest service experience preferred, with the ability to provide courteous, friendly, efficient service.
  • •Excellent communication skills to express oneself professionally, clearly, and concisely.
  • •Must be able to walk constantly and sit occasionally.
  • •Must present a well-groomed appearance; previous valet parking attendant/driver experience preferred.
  • •Must have a valid driver’s license record with no moving violations or traffic citations in the past 5 years; high school diploma/GED preferred.
