Key Responsibilities

•Keep parking areas clean and orderly to maximize space usage.
•Direct motorists to parking areas/spaces using hand signals or flashlights as needed.
•Patrol parking areas to prevent vehicle damage and vehicle/property theft.
•Greet guests, calculate parking charges, and collect parking fees.
•Lift, position, and remove barricades to open/close parking areas; inspect vehicles for damage and assist with end-of-show closeout/sustainability tasks.

Key Requirements

•One-year previous guest service experience preferred, with the ability to provide courteous, friendly, efficient service.
•Excellent communication skills to express oneself professionally, clearly, and concisely.
•Must be able to walk constantly and sit occasionally.
•Must present a well-groomed appearance; previous valet parking attendant/driver experience preferred.
•Must have a valid driver’s license record with no moving violations or traffic citations in the past 5 years; high school diploma/GED preferred.
