Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide comprehensive support to compliance operations by executing AML-related tasks, identifying and documenting compliance risks, and implementing solutions in alignment with policies.
  • •Collaborate with business units to understand business models and inherent risk exposures, and detect suspicious transactions to support transaction monitoring rules.
  • •Design and maintain monitoring effectiveness matrices and dashboards to assess rule performance.
  • •Support development and ongoing enhancement of policies and procedures across the transaction monitoring lifecycle, including rule validation, system optimization, and data analysis.
  • •Coordinate with regional and global teams to implement and refine transaction monitoring processes and partner cross-functionally to ensure operational efficiency.

Key Requirements

  • •Completing or recently completed a Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Business, Finance, Law, Data Science, or a related discipline.
  • •Internship experience in payment, data analysis, or related fields.
  • •Data analytical skills with practical knowledge of SQL and Excel (or other analysis tools).
  • •Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels.
  • •Methodical, accurate work with effective problem-solving and excellent time management.
