Oversee post-PDI vehicle flow, repair validation, and yard operations at Lucid’s Casa Grande plant. Lead a high-performing team to ensure efficient vehicle movement, inventory accuracy, and coordination across Quality, Manufacturing, and Logistics. Drive process improvements and continuous improvement initiatives using Lean principles, develop KPIs, and maintain safety, quality, and operational excellence while supporting vehicle readiness and shipment release.
