Job Summary

Develop and optimize automated ATE test programs for high-speed networking switches, bring designs from design to manufacturing, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Hands-on with UltraFlex-based test hardware, debugging and validating test flows, and driving yield improvements while managing production releases with Asia. Centered at Broadcom’s Irvine/San Jose R&D sites in the US.

Key Responsibilities

•Test Development: Develop ATE test program for networking switches that are high power with high-speed serdes (>100G) from design to manufacturing.
•Test Hardware Development: drive hardware development including final test and probe, working with PCB designers and vendors.
•Debug: debug and bring up test hardware on ATE.
•Test Program Optimization: drive test time reduction and optimize test programs for better yield without compromising quality.
•Cross functional: work closely with Product Engineers and Design Engineers; Production Release: communicate with the production team (Asia) to release test programs.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 108,000 - 192,000 annually

•Independently develop test programs, including complex test flows to support chip specifications.

•Ability to perform volume data analysis and correlate failures with system failures; proficient with data analysis software/languages.
•Programming experience for test method development.
