Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and maintain Risk performance metrics and build a disciplined “morning read” to surface emerging issues beyond standard dashboarding.
  • •Run deep-dive “surge” efforts to diagnose and unblock critical goals at risk, moving from symptoms to root cause until outcomes improve.
  • •Translate long-horizon risk and company theses into in-year priorities and operating plans across Product, Risk, Operations, and go-to-market.
  • •Prepare decision-oriented leadership materials by synthesizing complex, unstructured risk signals into diagnoses, options, and actions.
  • •Pressure-test assumptions with Risk, Corporate Strategy, Product, and Finance against external dynamics, changing risk patterns, user needs, and execution capacity.

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years of experience in product strategy, business operations, data analytics, product management, or strategic business performance in high-growth technology companies.
  • •Direct ownership of a P&L or business outcome through product strategy, product management, or GM-style roles.
  • •Ability to probe risk and business models using data to uncover novel insights from trends and customer usage patterns.
  • •Proven track record of driving business growth through analytical insights and hands-on execution.
  • •Strong judgment applying AI to improve decision-making and operational efficiency without sacrificing rigor or quality.
