Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, implement, and maintain health and safety policies, standards, procedures, and programs across Dyson workspaces, including KPI measurement and reporting.
  • •Ensure compliance with federal, state/provincial, and local occupational health and safety regulations, including inspections, audits, permits, and compliance documentation.
  • •Lead incident investigations for injuries, illnesses, near misses, and other employee-centric incidents, managing incident reporting and regulatory reporting requirements.
  • •Execute cross-functional safety audit and inspection programs, conduct site visits, and drive corrective actions to closure; support external audits and certifications.
  • •Design and maintain emergency response procedures, coordinate emergency action plans and drills, and deliver training to employees, contractors, and vendor partners to foster safety culture.

Key Requirements

  • •5-8 years of progressive health and safety experience in a multi-site, commercial business environment.
  • •Experience supporting multiple facility types such as offices, retail locations, repair facilities, manufacturing, refurbishment, logistics, or service operations.
  • •Demonstrated experience conducting incident investigations, audits, and risk assessments.
  • •Experience managing health and safety programs across multiple countries is preferred.
  • •Preferred competency: Spanish language.
