Dialysis Supervisor (Libya, LY)

Lead and coordinate allied health services to ensure high standards of patient care and operational efficiency. Manage day-to-day operations including scheduling, resource allocation, staffing levels, and workflow to optimize service delivery. Develop and implement clinical policies and quality improvement initiatives, monitor KPIs and patient satisfaction, and manage the allied health budget. Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and engaging patients and families.
