Maintenance Technician

Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical and mechanical equipment in a food processing environment. Use blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals to diagnose issues, test subsystems, and perform repairs and preventive maintenance. Fabricate replacement parts as needed and install new equipment and utilities. Maintain activity records and respond to work orders and crisis calls with the tools and supplies required for safe, compliant operation.
