Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key public sector stakeholders in Norway.
  • •Identify and expand business opportunities within existing accounts across the full Splunk portfolio.
  • •Lead contract negotiations and sales presentations with C-level stakeholders to close enterprise deals.
  • •Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to drive revenue growth, penetration, and market share expansion.
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, marketing, legal, engineering/operations, and customer support to deliver customer outcomes and report on pipeline and forecasts.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of enterprise software sales experience with a consistent track record of quota overachievement, preferably with large global enterprises.
  • •Minimum bachelor’s degree; MBA or equivalent advanced degree strongly preferred.
  • •Proven experience scaling revenue organizations and driving strategic growth across regions or verticals.
  • •Mastery of MEDDPICC methodology, including mentoring and leading its execution.
  • •Powerful pipeline building, accurate forecasting, and success closing multi-million-dollar enterprise deals.
