Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze engineering and manufacturing data to identify process, quality, yield, and equipment performance improvement opportunities.
  • •Support engineering investigations, root cause analyses, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • •Develop data-driven recommendations to improve yield, quality, productivity, and cost performance.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate and implement engineering solutions.
  • •Create engineering deliverables including technical documentation, reports, and final stakeholder presentations.

Key Requirements

  • •Pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
  • •Commit to a full-time internship period of at least 4 months.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate manufacturing and engineering data.
  • •Strong communication and presentation skills for delivering engineering analysis and recommendations.
  • •Familiarity with Excel and analytical tools (e.g., JMP, Minitab, Python, SQL, Power BI) is advantageous, and AI/automation awareness is advantageous.
