Key Responsibilities

•Start up and commission new systems; diagnose and repair environmental-control systems in commercial settings.
•Serve as direct customer contact and service products/equipment on assigned projects to ensure customer satisfaction.
•Coordinate with team leader and customer to understand installation/repair requirements, forecast issues, gather materials, and synchronize onsite work.
•Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Trane products and direct digital control systems (installation, operation, maintenance, service, and repair).
•Enforce safety standards and maintain security/accountability of company assets by recording use, wear, and conditions.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent, with typically 3–5 years of experience in Commercial HVAC/Controls (technical school or formal training preferred).
•Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office and proficiency with handheld computers (e.g., smartphone, iPad).
•Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major or frequent traffic violations (e.g., DUI, hit & run, reckless driving).
•Previous experience with DDC controls systems preferred.
•EPA preferred.
