Job Summary

Design and maintain backend integrations between CustomersDot and GitLab’s Monetization services and enterprise systems like Salesforce, Workato, and Zuora. Own REST and GraphQL API contracts with versioning and backward compatibility, and build observable, fault-tolerant integration workflows that protect financial and subscription data integrity. Partner with monitoring/anomaly detection to improve reliability, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver, roll out, and safely operate production integrations.

•Build and monitor observable, fault-tolerant integration workflows, tracking failure rates, retry success, and data-integrity incidents.
•Ensure data integrity and consistency across integrated financial and subscription systems.
•Review merge requests and collaborate with Product, Finance, IT, Sales, and Support to translate cross-system needs into reliable integrations.

•Familiarity with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases, including data integrity and governance concepts in production.
