Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan and analyze assigned projects, establish schedules and project parameters, and set procedures to accomplish system objectives for complex equipment applications.
  • •Manage project scope, schedule, and budget by maintaining forecasted cost accuracy, monitoring budget, and controlling expenses.
  • •Create and revise project schedules, generating tasks, estimates, dependencies, and milestones.
  • •Coordinate with customers and their representatives, investigating concerns, implementing corrective actions, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • •Enter equipment orders and issue purchase and work orders for equipment start-ups, and manage project cash-flow including progress billing and collections support.

Key Requirements

  • •Associate’s degree in business or equivalent with at least 2 years of project management, equipment, HVAC, or related experience, or at least 4 years of project management, equipment, HVAC, or related experience.
  • •Equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable.
  • •Familiarity with HVAC systems and temperature equipment is preferred.
  • •Strong customer service, problem solving, and communication skills.
  • •Ability to prioritize tasks, meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment, and maintain attention to detail.
