Key Responsibilities

  • •Schedule management to support Power and Energy projects.
  • •Establish baseline schedule: durations, critical path, logic, resources, costs, cost curves, resource histograms.
  • •Resource and cost loading of the schedule.
  • •Updating and analyzing detailed execution schedules for major programs.
  • •Review and integrate contractor schedules into the program master schedule.

Key Requirements
