Lead schedule management and analysis for Power and Energy projects, establishing baselines, loading resources and costs, and integrating contractor schedules into program master schedules. Serve as a key liaison for cross-functional teams in a hybrid, multi-location environment, driving timely schedule updates, risk assessments, and schedule recovery recommendations.
