Key Responsibilities

•Organize and lead PMM team to build the most effective user acquisition flows (web acquisition funnels).
•Collaborate across marketing, analytics, development, and product to bridge the gap from advertisement to product adoption.
•Identify and research new sub-areas for scaling through market and trend analysis and competitive benchmarking.
•Develop and implement scalable processes and systems that deliver consistent results over time.
•Drive data-driven decision making and strategic planning to grow the product and business.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of overall experience in Product Marketing Manager, Product Manager, Growth Manager, or Marketing Manager roles
•1+ year of experience in managing a team
•Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making and long-term strategy building
•Deep understanding of audience psychology and how to frame sales angles
•Ability to research markets, trends, and competitors and translate findings into scalable processes
