Job Summary

Lead a high-volume Levi’s® store to profitable growth and stronger brand equity through superior store operations. Supervise multiple managers and develop an in-store leadership team while coaching employees on customer service, sales execution, and product knowledge. Manage daily store performance goals, recruiting and retention, loss prevention, inventory control, safety/security, payroll, and merchandising standards to deliver operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead store operations and execute store business strategies to support customer and associate experience and achieve growth goals.
•Coach, train, and follow up with managers to ensure customer service, operational, and visual merchandising standards are met.
•Build an in-store leadership team and manage the store team, ensuring training on product knowledge and company heritage.
•Meet or exceed daily store sales and performance goals by modeling sales performance, setting goals, and continuously coaching the team.
•Oversee loss prevention, inventory control, safety and security, manage payroll, and maintain proper control over assets and merchandise.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree or 9+ years of combined college education and work experience substitution.
•Minimum 7 years of retail management experience, including at least 3 years in a high-volume setting.
•Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
•Strong business acumen.
•Ability to enable management and development of a store team.
