Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience as a front-line ambassador for the Coach brand. Meet individual and store sales goals through cross-selling, upselling, and clienteling, using mobile POS and social selling to drive repeat purchases. Support daily operations including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising while maintaining service and asset protection standards. Collaborate with teammates, participate in brand initiatives, and maintain a calm, professional demeanor.
