Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor the production process of multiple injection molding machines to meet quality requirements.
  • •Operate start-up and shut-down of mold equipment and respond to machine/mold issues.
  • •Perform mold changes and color changes, following mold change procedures.
  • •Record accurate production data and track downtime, quality performance, and machine efficiency.
  • •Support safety and compliance with Environment, Health and Safety, ISO, Food Safety, and cGMP policies, and train personnel as needed.
