Key Responsibilities

  • •Own problem areas from concept to launch, producing flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity specs with an eye for usability and craft
  • •Collaborate with PMs, engineers, and designers to scope, design, prototype, test, and ship features across core product surfaces
  • •Define success criteria and ship features that move activation, retention, or conversion
  • •Create quick prototypes and run lean experiments, iterating based on data to drive measurable outcomes
  • •Partner tightly with engineering to ensure designs are feasible, performant, and maintainable

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of end-to-end product design experience with a strong portfolio showing shipped work, ideally on productivity or workflow tools
  • •Proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping tools with the ability to produce clear specs and collaborate closely with engineering
  • •Metrics-minded approach with experience setting success criteria and shipping features that moved key product metrics
  • •Strong visual design skills with attention to detail, an understanding of design systems, and the judgment to balance craft with velocity
