Float Personal Banker I - Itasca, Bloomingdale, Schaumburg, and Surrounding areas

Become a Retail Personal Banker I through a 4–8 week onboarding and education program with rotations across operations and Sales & Service, culminating in a certification. In this Financial Center role, use a consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessments to identify customer needs, cross-sell retail and small business solutions, and set appointments using CAMP and approved marketing tools. Process teller transactions, support platform staff, and help ensure a positive customer experience while managing risk responsibly.
