Lead daily store operations and support the store leadership team to deliver an exceptional, personalized customer experience. Coach and develop associates, model selling behaviors, and help drive sales and profitability by monitoring KPI progress. Oversee merchandising, replenishment, and visual standards, while supporting stockroom workflows including inventory organization, shipments, and loss prevention. Participate in local community initiatives and uphold safety, company policies, and operational procedures.
