Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and monitor the IVQ strategy for the equipment, including organizing the team to ensure timely and budget-compliant execution of work.
  • •Ensure the quality of deliverables and final client acceptance.
  • •Provide reporting at the project management and discipline leadership levels.
  • •Contribute to the efficiency of the discipline and its staff by deploying new best practices.
  • •Oversee the integration, verification and qualification activities as the IVQ pilot on cybersecurity equipment.

Key Requirements

  • •Diplômé d’une école d’ingénieur ou équivalent; expérience d’au moins 10 ans dans le métier du test d’équipement de haute technologie.
  • •Expérience significative dans le pilotage d’équipes de 10 à 20 personnes dans des projets complexes.
  • •Maîtrise des environnements de tests automatiques et contribution à leur amélioration continue.
  • •Capacité d’adaptation et d’organisation dans des environnements complexes.
  • •Curiosité et aptitude à insuffler le changement dans les pratiques de l’équipe.
