Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee and analyze merchants’ traffic for trends, patterns, and anomalies in approval/decline ratio using Nuvei Monitoring Systems.
  • •Monitor for merchant start/stop/cessation and major traffic increases/decreases and raise alerts.
  • •Alert when a merchant starts/stops processing specific payment methods.
  • •Monitor and alert for sharp decreases in approval/decline ratio and advise on traffic trends/distribution.
  • •Analyze abnormal deposit and consumer behavior across payment methods and assist the team leader with risk monitoring strategies and protocols.
