Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute the AG COE strategy and roadmap across acceptance solutions, merchant growth and graduation, value-added services, and bill payment expansion.
  • •Lead MVP pilot design and experimentation, including hypothesis definition, KPI tracking, and coordinated partner launches.
  • •Support merchant graduation execution by removing friction across onboarding through conversion to higher tiers and driving adoption of value-added services.
