Build trusted client relationships through consultative conversations to understand financial goals and recommend tailored banking solutions. Drive growth by promoting deposit accounts, loans, lines of credit, and referrals across mortgage, wealth, private client, and business banking. Provide excellent customer experience, support the teller line as needed, and resolve client issues promptly. Maintain compliance with bank regulations and support operational efficiency, training, and dual control/audit controls as required.
