•Drive the site HR policy and organize HR activities in line with the company's strategy
•Lead recruitment and onboarding for site staff and production roles within budget and recruitment plans
•Oversee personnel administration, payroll data accuracy, and legal compliance with internal HR processes
•Develop and manage the training plan to meet individual and collective development needs within budget
•Coordinate social relations and governance with works councils and ensure constructive dialogue and adherence to HMS social framework

Key Requirements

•Minimum 5 years of generalist HR experience, ideally in an industrial environment
•Strategic and operational HR mindset with ability to partner with production leadership
•Experience in recruitment and onboarding, including developing integration pathways for new hires
•Knowledge of payroll administration, labour law and data integrity for payroll processing
•Strong people skills: communication, team collaboration, service orientation and adaptability to change
