Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop MOT design packages for highway improvement projects as part of alternative delivery efforts.
  • •Produce MOT deliverables including cross sections, typical cross sections, traffic control plans, profiles, detour routes, and temporary signing and pavement markings.
  • •Collaborate with teams supporting transportation projects across the southern US.
  • •Use Bentley Microstation and Open Roads for MOT design work.
  • •Support role requirements across junior, mid, and senior levels, including task lead responsibilities where applicable.

Key Requirements

  • •BS degree or demonstrated equivalency for MOT CAD Designers.
  • •For Junior Level Engineers: BS in Engineering + 2 years of related experience (or demonstrated equivalency).
  • •For Mid-Level Engineers: BS in Engineering + 6 years of related experience (or demonstrated equivalency).
  • •For Senior Level Engineers / Task Leads: BS in Engineering + 10 years of related experience (or demonstrated equivalency).
  • •Experience or interest developing design packages for highway improvement projects, including MOT elements such as cross sections, traffic control plans, profiles, detour routes, and temporary signing and pavement markings.
