Key Responsibilities

  • •Support freight RFQ activities for project tenders, including preparation, follow-ups, and consolidation of quotations.
  • •Coordinate with logistics service providers (freight forwarders and 3PL warehouses) during tender and planning stages.
  • •Track and compile logistics service provider performance data for internal review and monitor basic logistics KPIs.
  • •Prepare logistics cost estimates, maintain project logistics budgets, and track logistics spend vs. estimates, highlighting variances.
  • •Document logistics issues, support CAPA follow-up with logistics service providers, and coordinate inputs during logistics-related escalations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, logistics, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 5 years of relevant hands-on logistics operations experience, including handling OOG cargos.
  • •Basic understanding of warehouse operations and customs/FTA documentation.
  • •A highly responsible, critical-thinking, analytical mindset with strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • •Experience handling logistics service providers and coordinating logistics activities for tendering and bidding.
