Key Responsibilities

•Support the end-to-end development of new F&B openings globally, from the planning phase to operational implementation.
•Coordinate the full project lifecycle, including concept definition, planning, timeline management, and operational readiness for opening.
•Collaborate with internal teams (design, retail, marketing, procurement, finance, HR) and external partners to ensure proper project execution.
•Support the definition of F&B concepts, menus, equipment, layouts, uniforms, operational materials, and tableware.
•Contribute to defining the business model for each project (direct vs indirect management).

Travel: Low travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 35,000 - 45,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Experience in operations management in the hospitality or F&B sector.
