Lead and scale Stripe Billing sales across APAC by building and guiding a high-performing team of Account Executives across Singapore, Australia, SE Asia, and Japan. Own GTM strategy, coaching, and revenue growth through strategic, product-led deals, collaborating with product, marketing, finance, and sales to drive new business and high attach rates.

Key Responsibilities

•Recruit, develop and lead a team of product sales executives focused on the SaaS business within the APAC region.
•Create go-to-market plans and solutions to meet our customer needs, in collaboration with Product, Sales, Finance and Marketing stakeholders.
•Manage day-to-day operations, with a focus on performance against key sales metrics.
•Be accountable for driving revenue, increasing attach rates, and new client acquisition at high rates of growth.
•Coach and guide the team in developing consultative and solution-based sales skills through all facets of the sales cycle.

Key Requirements

•15+ years of technology sales experience with 5+ years of people leadership experience.
•5+ years of experience in payments, billing, tax, or relevant SaaS industry.
•Experience leading sales, new business and operations in an early stage, high-growth technology environment.
•Ability to hire, train and coach a high-performance sales team.
•Ability to build relationships with strategic client and industry thought leaders
