Key Responsibilities

  • •Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of commercial contracts for the Identity Security segment in the Americas, including software/cloud agreements and data protection agreements.
  • •Support strategic partnerships and go-to-market models, including negotiations with system integrators, managed service providers, and other commercially significant partners.
  • •Provide legal support and guidance on digital regulatory, compliance, and ad-hoc matters for the global organization.
  • •Lead priority legal team projects while effectively collaborating with legal and business colleagues.
  • •Coordinate resources and resolve issues in complex negotiations across legal, sales, product, finance, procurement, compliance, information security, and other teams.

Key Requirements

  • •JD from an accredited law school and authorized/licensed to practice law in at least one state.
  • •Minimum five years’ relevant post-qualified experience, including at least 2 years in an in-house corporate environment.
  • •Experience interpreting, drafting, and negotiating complex software and cloud/managed services technology agreements, including partnership agreements, across Americas go-to-market models.
  • •Must be able to lawfully work within the US and have unrestricted work authorization for US.
  • •Fluency in English (written and spoken).
