Provide excellent customer service as the most complex CSR/Teller role, using independent judgment to refer customers for consultative conversations and to ensure a positive customer experience. Manage risk by following policies, maintaining customer confidentiality, and escalating concerns appropriately. Handle core office operations including cash counts, balancing records, and FCA requests, and support the team by assisting in training newly hired Customer Service Representatives.
