•Oversee day-to-day oversight of the Fort Wainwright Mission Training Complex (MTC) operations and training.
•Coordinate with the MTC Government Operations POC/Director to communicate training needs, changes, and conflicts.
•Schedule and coordinate MTC resources and the training request process.
•Participate in and, when required, lead various operations and exercise updates and staff meetings.
•Plan or participate in Concept Development Conferences, Initial Planning Conferences, Mid Planning Conferences, Final Planning Conferences for Training Command exercises.

Travel: Medium travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 93,662 - 109,250 annually

Key Requirements

•Minimum five years’ experience with Military training and training support operations.
•Five years of operations and training management experience at Brigade level and above.
•Three years’ experience, within the last 10 years, with military simulations.
•BS/BA required; U.S. Army MEL IV qualified, equivalent ILE, or senior NCOES required
•US Citizenship Required: Yes or Secret clearance required in job description (explicit)
