Job Summary

Design, script, test, implement, and maintain robotics process and desktop automations of moderate complexity. Build comprehensive test plans and cases, define automation data needs, and coordinate required test data. Create and execute performance tests to meet expected automation performance levels. Investigate and resolve technical problems with clients and technical staff, and document automation capabilities, operating procedures, and project timelines.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
•Generally a minimum of five years of experience.

•Thorough understanding of information and release management, and product and vendor evaluation.
•Thorough knowledge of Java, VBA, or other configuration/scripting technologies. Prefer demonstrated problem-solving and project management skills.
