Legal Coordinator - Intellectual Property

Support the intellectual property portfolio across beer, wine, and spirits by coordinating trademark, copyright, and patent administration under the Legal team. Assist with clearance, filing, maintenance, enforcement, and litigation support, including document collection and outside-counsel coordination. Manage IP-related contracts and NDAs, maintain records in matter management systems, generate reports and metrics, and act as a resource for Adobe Sign and legal processes. Also handle procurement/requests routing and administrative projects for the IP team.
