Key Responsibilities

•Project lead work across the design, delivery and tender phases for multi-year/packaged work for turnkey projects
•Ensure timely and quality of delivery for project and structural engineering work in support of relevant technical, commercial and regulatory standards – and in alignment with schedules and budgets
•Handle ongoing communication and highly effective professional relationships with local clients
•Manage effective stakeholder relationships, both internally and externally
•Provide sound technical/delivery guidance for the team
•Mentor, train and develop the careers of junior engineers
•Partner with internal stakeholders and a collaborative, national team in a multidisciplinary engineering setting

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s (or Master’s) degree in Civil/Structural Engineering
•5-8 years of industry experience in the Property/Building space within consulting
•Commercial experience in Australia on local medium/large engineering projects
•Proven track record delivering multiple concurrent projects across sectors such as commercial, retail, defence, health and education
•Strong proficiency in all-round structural engineering design including post-tensioned concrete
