Job Summary

Lead day-to-day application support operations (L2/L3) for healthcare platforms and enterprise applications across Clinical, Ancillary, Population Health, and analytics domains. Own incident, problem, and change management using ITIL processes, ensuring timely resolutions, RCA, and SLA/KPI compliance. Bridge business stakeholders and IT teams for healthcare workflows, coordinate vendors and service reviews, manage support teams, and oversee compliance and risk for regulated environments.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead day-to-day application support operations (L2/L3) across multiple healthcare domains including clinical systems (EHR, LIS, oncology), ancillary systems, population health, analytics, and enterprise applications.
•Oversee Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes using ITIL best practices, including escalation, RCA/defect elimination, and release/change governance.
•Ensure SLA and KPI compliance for service delivery.
•Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams by understanding healthcare workflows and providing oversight across hospital operations.
•Coordinate with third-party support providers, run service review meetings and reporting, engage clinical/operations/compliance teams, and lead/manage support teams (L2/L3 engineers and SMEs).

Key Requirements

•Proven healthcare provider domain experience with strong understanding of clinical core areas (e.g., acute/ambulatory EHR, critical care, nursing, surgical services) and regulated environments.
•10+ years of experience in application support, project management, IT operations, or healthcare IT service delivery.
•Hands-on expertise in Incident, Problem, and Change Management aligned with ITIL best practices.
•Experience supporting COTS healthcare applications and managing multi-vendor ecosystems.
•Familiarity with HIPAA, GDPR, healthcare data governance, and healthcare security/privacy compliance; strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills to resolve complex L2/L3 issues.
