Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform skilled and semi-skilled facility maintenance tasks including patching/painting, floor and lighting repairs, racking repair, and office furniture moves.
  • •Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on conveyor equipment and related controls and field devices.
  • •Document all work order activities, including labor, parts, inventory used, and closing work orders.
  • •Follow lockout-tag out procedures, confined space procedures, and other safety and environmental procedures.
  • •Use system software to troubleshoot, trend, and monitor conveyor equipment; develop ideas to improve productivity/reliability.

Key Requirements

  • •Ability to read and comprehend technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
  • •Knowledge of mechanical and electrical drawings and proven mechanical/electrical troubleshooting skills.
  • •Ability to work with high and low voltage, AC and DC (up to 480 volts).
  • •Complete pass down logs and maintain knowledge of conveyor and facility operational status.
  • •Ability to perform and document maintenance work, including entering data in a computerized maintenance management system.
