Job Summary

Support the Global E-commerce Governance and Experience team by helping build and optimize prompt engineering for AI models used in regulatory compliance for prohibited product programs. Evaluate model outputs with accuracy metrics, maintain prompt libraries, and identify prompt issues. Work with SMEs and AI/ML partners to classify products, audit AI decisions against guidelines, and clean/annotate datasets. Create performance dashboards and share weekly findings.

•Collaborate with SMEs to design, test, and refine prompts for AI models used in compliance decision-making.
•Evaluate AI output quality against defined accuracy metrics and maintain a prompt library with version history and benchmarks.
•Support product classification and verification for compliance programs (e.g., Prohibited products, DG, EPA, PDP, Recalls).
•Clean, prepare, and annotate datasets for AI model training and validation.
•Create performance dashboards and summarize weekly progress and key findings for leadership review.

Key Requirements

•Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, Compliance, or related field.
•Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and natural language processing.
•Proficient communication skills and ability to coordinate multiple collaborating parties.
•Able to commit to at least a 6-month internship period.
•Motivated intern with strong analytical, data handling, and problem-solving skills.
