  • •Identify bottleneck/capacity constraints and develop improvement and mitigation plans to improve supplier on-time delivery.
  • •Drive end-to-end improvement initiatives using leading-indicator data (RM availability/on order, WIP tracking, quality notification closures, and sub-tier tracking).
  • •Develop a strong understanding of supplier products and operational processes and work to remove delivery barriers.
  • •Lead and manage process improvement projects, prioritizing work and identifying/mitigating project risks.
  • •Participate in Commodity Days/EMMs/SEMO and co-lead with customers and Supplier Development Leaders on supplier performance topics.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of prior delivery assurance, supply chain, or related experience (or an advanced degree with 2 years experience).
  • •Reside in the San Diego County, CA or Mexico area.
