Job Summary

Contribute to continuous improvement projects that optimize logistics flows and workstations to improve performance, ergonomics, and quality. Under the Continuous Improvement lead, you will map and redesign a service cart flow, define requirements (CDC) and create CATIA plans, then coordinate prototype fabrication with suppliers. You will also analyze non–value-added activities and propose new workstation layouts with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

•Map and optimize the complete flow of a service cart in collaboration with two plant workshops.
•Define CDC requirements for the service cart with stakeholders and create a CATIA plan (including ergonomics, quality preservation, and workshop constraints).
•Coordinate fabrication with suppliers, including quotes, prototype validation, and duplication launch.
•Analyze non–value-added activities at a workstation (e.g., movement, waiting) and propose a new workstation layout with stakeholders.
•Define CDC requirements and create CATIA plans for the workstation, then launch fabrication.

Key Requirements

•Pursuing a Bac+5 degree (engineering school or Master).
•Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement (5S, VSM, Kaizen, ergonomics).
•First experience in project management (internship or work-study).
•Good command of CATIA.
•Strong teamwork, relationship skills, curiosity, analysis, autonomy, and the ability to coordinate stakeholders.
