Job Summary

Drive growth of fixed income products for Retail Wealth clients, delivering investment strategies, market commentary, and product solutions for Premier and Premier Elite segments. Partner with relationship managers and investment specialists to support fixed income recommendations and maintain the advisory bond list, execute orders via OMS, and design/approve new or changed products with regulatory alignment. Contribute to platform automation initiatives and manage trading and product regulatory risk.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead fixed income product growth for Retail Wealth (Premier and Premier Elite segments).
•Deliver fixed income strategies, market commentary, and product solutions for private bank and retail wealth clients.
•Support IWPB Premier Relationship Managers and Investment Specialists with fixed income recommendations and maintenance of the advisory bond list.
•Place and execute fixed income orders received via OMS, and design/approve new or materially changed products with regulatory alignment and audit documentation.
•Participate in platform projects to enhance workflow and automation (delivery, UAT, commercialization post go-live) and manage trading and product regulatory risk items.

Key Requirements

•Prior experience in private banking and wealth management or buyside asset management with strong fixed income knowledge.
•Relevant qualifications in Finance or Economics (CFA charter holders well regarded).
•Strong understanding of fixed income products and industry trends.
•Practical experience applying AI to improve trading or advisory workflows.
•Advanced Excel skills, including VBA automation and scripting, with proven ability to build and maintain Excel/VBA tools.
