Job Summary

Join AECOM Advisory to support clients with capital investment programmes, transformation initiatives, and asset enhancement. You’ll build client relationships, independently tailor analytical frameworks, conduct stakeholder interviews (including C-suite), and synthesize insights into executive-ready decks and toolkits. You’ll also help architect new methodologies, use AI tools for baseline research, and coach junior consultants while supporting capture and proposal work across complex, client-facing engagements.

Key Responsibilities

•Build client relationships and manage engagement interactions across the lifecycle to drive buy-in and delivery.
•Tailor existing analytical frameworks and, with leadership, architect new methodologies for client-specific needs.
•Deconstruct and analyze client problems using solution frameworks, including baseline assessments and secondary research leveraging AI tools.
•Conduct stakeholder interviews (including C-suite) and synthesize insights into executive-ready decks, written narratives, and toolkits.
•Coach and mentor junior staff and support capture/proposal work, including narrative, technical solutions, pricing, and risk/compliance inputs.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree.
•Management consulting or corporate strategy experience (or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education).
•Fluency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
•Strong interpersonal skills and a client-service mindset to act as a trusted adviser.
•Exceptional numerical reasoning and structured problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
