Director of Security

Lead the security department for a new five-star InterContinental resort on Shura Island, ensuring safety for guests, colleagues, and resort assets. Own security strategies, policies, risk assessments, and incident investigations, and oversee security systems including CCTV, access control, and alarms. Serve as the primary liaison with local law enforcement and emergency services, develop crisis/emergency response plans, manage the security budget, and ensure compliance with safety and security regulations.
