Founding leader responsible for building Sprinto's Delivery Partnerships program. You will design the partner ecosystem, manage executive relationships with professional services firms, drive multi-year partner business plans, and align cross-functional teams to scale partner-led revenue and customer outcomes in a SaaS/security context.

Key Responsibilities

•Build multi-year partnership plans and governance to improve customer outcomes and drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue, with clear accountability for targets and independence safeguards.
•Audit and assurance partners will operate under independence-protected, non-contingent commercial models and aligned governance.
•Lead cross-functional engagement across Sprinto's sales, customer experience, and product teams to expand partner-led pipeline and outcomes.
•Develop and maintain executive-level relationships with Practice Leaders, Managing Directors, and senior practitioners across the delivery partner ecosystem.
•Establish and govern joint go-to-market initiatives, enablement programs, and co-marketing plans with delivery partners, including milestones and sponsorship.

Key Requirements

•8–12 years of experience in partnerships, alliances, or commercial roles with meaningful time in GRC, compliance, security, or audit-adjacent domains.
•Proven ability to build and manage executive-level relationships with senior practitioners at professional services firms and earn credibility independently.
•Track record of building partner programs or alliance functions in a SaaS/cloud environment, not just inheriting them.
•Multi-year track record of driving partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline with demonstrable commercial outcomes.
•Experience with AI-powered tools/workflows and applying AI to partnership management or operational efficiency.
