Senior Electrical Estimator - Data Center Construction

Lead detailed electrical estimating for hyperscale, mission-critical data center programs, covering power distribution, backup generation, UPS systems, substations, and lighting. Perform electrical quantity takeoffs from drawings, specifications, and BIM models; develop and challenge labor/material/equipment pricing; and maintain historical cost data and estimating standards. Review bids for scope gaps and risk, drive value engineering and design optioneering, and partner with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to support safe, code-aligned execution.
